What you can change
- Length of stay in Makkah and Madinah
- Hotel star rating and distance from the Haram
- Room occupancy — double, triple, quad or family rooms
- Transport arrangements and ziyarah
- Departure airport and flight timings, sourced on request
Flights and packages are sourced through registered, trusted travel agents and suppliers. Some flights may be ATOL protected and others may not, depending on the supplier used. Either way, our suppliers are trusted and, in the event of a cancellation by the airline, they will provide an alternative or offer a refund. Simple Umrah acts as an intermediary and receives a small finder's fee, which is already built into the price you are quoted.
